First and foremost, Anqing Foreign Language School's Vice President Hu Qilin delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the school in which he thanked the Municipal Science and Technology Museum for providing a broad platform for the development of quality-oriented education, fully affirming the great significance of the signing of the Framework Agreement on Cooperation and Co-Construction in that it not only inspired students' keen interest in science, but also fostered their spirit of exploration and innovative thinking, thus opening a door to the world of science for students. Later on, Shi Yinan, Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Museum, further pointed out that: the Municipal Science and Technology Museum would use its own platform advantages to explore the deep integration of joint museum-school cooperation to realize resource sharing and create a strong science popularization atmosphere for the whole society. Finally, the leaders of the two sides signed the ‘Framework Agreement on Cooperation and Co-construction’ and held a grand unveiling ceremony, after which Yin Huifu, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, spoke highly of the cooperation, stressing that science and technology education is a national priority. In addition, the deep cooperation between the Municipal Science and Technology Museum and Anqing Foreign Language School would train more innovative talents for the country. In the meantime, the Municipal Science and Technology Association and the Municipal Science and Technology Museum will organize more social practice activities, optimize the contents and innovate the forms of activities to make the activities more interactive and interesting, so as to attract more young people to science. 

In conclusion, education is a national priority while innovation is the soul of national progress.
